"The pictures on the internet and the pictures of the actual venue does not correspond. When we arrived we were taken to a container. When I questioned it the assistant told me that was what I booked. I then showed him the pictures and insisted that I speak to the owner. I called the owner who in return was non accommodating, even after I sent him the pictures. I contacted Hotels.com which sorted out the matter for me. This took me the whole part of 1 hour. "

What I did not like: (1) Wifi Internet never worked. (2) Generator was not working so there was no power during loadshedding. "When we arrived they showed us to the wrong room. They allocated a room with one double bed for 4 people. The replacement room was dirty and had a terrible mouldy smell. When is was bed time we found dead ants under the pillows and blankets. The tv also only had one canal. There was no WiFi in the room as promised on the web. When we enquired we were told the room is to far from the office to use WiFi. I have to give a huge compliment to all the staff for their great service. "

Fabulous views over the mountains and golf course
"We stayed in the main hotel (no lift) not the outer rooms and although they were a bit dated (think brown carpet) they were large and clean. The shower is of the "in bath" variety but they is a glass panel so luckily no shower curtain! The water pressue was reasonable but bath quite slippery, and with no grab rails not suitable for older people. The tea/coffee/milk wasn't restocked in our 3 days which was a surprise but there is a fridge so you can buy milk etc. You do need a car if you stay here as the closet shops are around 1.2km "
