The staff went above and beyond trying to help us with anything we needed. Our concern was the hotel was not near the airport. The receptionist spent time with us trying to help until we realized that George doesn’t have any airport hotels. None are close. The only thing I’d say is I don’t recommend the restaurant. I’m not sure what else is around but it is worth the look.

We liked everything! The bed was super comfortable and we are quite fussy when it come to beds. The rooms were clean and towels were changed everything. The best was the friendly staff - you were amazing! Do not miss the buffet - it's to die for. The aromas and taste was mouthwatering - we skipped the restaurants and sticked to the hotels awesome buffet. It's healthy and yummy. Don't skip the free breakfast either. These are not the quick breakfast you get at some ohter hotels, but a proper one. The wifi was handy and we had no problems with that. A Big THANK YOU to each and every person (from reception to the staff at the dining room, the chef and the friendly ladies changing our towels and sheets) for making our stay a memorable one.

Stay was amazing However I picked up a tummy bug and I had to keep calling house keeping for toilet tissue Became abit of an issue when I got to the room and there was no tissue paper Must compliment the front office and kitchen staff Excellent

Stayed 3 nights. What I liked: (1) The staff was great!!! (2) Location is great to centre George with lots of dining options you can walk to. (3) The rooms, themselves were very clean. What I did not like: (1) Wifi Internet never worked. (2) Generator was not working so there was no power during loadshedding. (3) The carpet in the hallways where the rooms are located is disgusting and needs to be replaced. Detracts from the otherwise clean environment.

Not the best option in town

The rooms are very small and the Hotel doesn't have a general lounge area for relaxation or socialization. (last minute reservation) Secondly, they do not have a generator, a critical piece of equipment needed is South Africa struggling with rolling blackouts for more than a decade.

Há local para estacionar seu carro em frente. No ato do check in não havia toalhas no apto e o aparelho de ar condicionado (novo) não funcionava. A recepcionista pronta e gentilmente tentou nos ajudar.
