"Just a great place to stay "

"Great location in the heart of Kilkenny and next to Kilkenny Castle. Restaurants, shops, and bars were all walkable and there's a bar/restaurant downstairs if you want to stay indoors. The staff were friendly/helpful and the check-in was painless. There is a large secure parking lot behind the property. Check-in early to guarantee yourself a parking spot; it filled up quickly during my stay. The room was spacious for a solo traveler and it was well-kempt. The layout and amenities in the room did feel outdated, but there were outlets and the bed was comfortable. For the price and location, it was a fine place for a one-night stay."

"We loved it. The rooms were above a very old pub, restaurant (which was great) but the room was totally redone and quite modern with a pricste balcony overlooking fields. We stayed 2 nights and traveled to various sites nearby. The restaurant had the best Irish Brekfast we had during our stay."
