"The cottage was excellent, small (which is what we wanted) but very well appointed - especially the kitchen. It was clean and comfortable and the owners were on hand and very obliging. The outside area was gated, very important to keep our dog from straying or becoming a nuisance to others. We took advantage of the information provided on restaurants and places to visit and found the JFK Arboretum and beaches on the Hook peninsula just right for the dog. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. We cooked delicious meals in a very-well equipped kitchen, set a beautiful table for an elegant Christmas dinner for 15, played games in the large comfortable parlor, went on beautiful country walks and kept 3 open fires burning to make it cozy.
