Beautiful hotel. Well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Real Alahambra.

The property was close to the Alhambra but more distant from all other attractions. Should have booked a more central location. No ac at that time of year and the room was very warm and stuffy; we were forced to open a window. The problem was that we were given what turned out to be the noisiest room in the hotel. We could not sleep and called for another room. We changed rooms while in our pyjamas. The next room was much quieter. Why didn't they give us a quiet room to start with???

The water had a rusting taste, they don't served water of anything. No tea bag, not kettle, no cups. They have hot water near lobby, but they won't provide any container for that, basically want you to buy expensive bottle water from their vending machine. Toilet door is broken. Can hear clearly from Toilet My fd's need to change room in the second rainy day as their room found to be have water leakage problem from the roof No restaurant nor supermarket nearby, it's located on upper part of Alhambra. only a few souvenir shops nearby
