The staff were delightful, and very helpful. The room was spotless, although the heating was erratic, but never cold. The bed was very comfortable. I had requested twin beds, a week or more before we travelled. This was not forthcoming and we were too tired on arrival to ask to change rooms.

Go to the San Agustin market and soak it up.
Remember to take your passport or other ID if you visit the Alhambra as they do random checks at the entry points. Also wear comfy shoes as there is a lot of walking to be done. In bars enjoy free tapas with each drink- they are great.
It was end November - leaves on the trees all bright colours made an absolutely stunning backdrop for the Alhambra
