"I had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and both the room and the bathroom were very spacious. I especially appreciated that the bathroom and bedroom are completely separate, which adds extra comfort and privacy. Everything was spotless, very clean, and well organized. The location is fantastic — it’s within very easy walking distance to Gran Vía, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. The only minor issue I experienced was that the air conditioning stopped working at one point. However, I reported it to the front desk and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. They handled the situation immediately and resolved it right away. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again."
