Fantastic location from which to explore Granada. All the facilities needed to maker the stay great. Lovely flat, good layout. I would have preferred a private bedroom but this in no way impacted our enjoyment of our stay.

Good communication on how to check-in since there is not in-person receptionist. In the heart of the tourist area. Very convenient. We walked to Mirador de San Nicolá in the evening where you can see Alhambra at a distance and take pictures. The next day we visited Alhambra (reserved tickets 5 weeks ahead). We really liked this aparthotel.

This accommodation is in an excellent location. Close to the heart of Granada, close to the Cathedral and within walking distance of the train station. Clean and provided everything we needed including a washing machine and drying rack. Loved the layout. Only issues were a slight smell from the water in the bathroom and we only received the code to the door the same day, which is a problem is you only use wifi. Not a lot of public places in Spain provide access to wifi. Would highly recommend this property.

I would rate this stay 5 stars ++. This was one of 4 hotel stays on this trip and by FAR the best. Clean and updated room. Large room with a great kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, sofa bed, etc. Fully equipped for a 6 day stay for 4 people. I would go as far as saying that LimeHome seems to really care about their customers. Entering the building and the room was easy. The location could not have been better. LimeHome has made a customer out of me and my In-Laws that were staying a nearby location, pay the same but getting far less for the same cost. Keep up the good work LimeHome. Great stay in Granada. See you again on the next trip.

The induction cooker was cutoff from the electrical grid. A full kitchen was advertised so we bought food to cook. The cooker wouldnt turn on. On inspection a wire was cut off. They should have checked it was working before offering the room. We had to cook using the microwave. After 2-3 hours the customer chat agent accepted that we couldnt fix it. We had a lot of luggage and had fully unpacked. So it was a tall order packing again and moving to a room with a working cooker. Next time please ensure the major facilities are working before offering the eoom.
