"First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich. Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. "I booked for this hotel and tried to cancel it through Expedia. Expedia tried to call the hotel but no one spoke English. We attempted to do this several times. They were unable to get an approval, so i could not get a refund. It takes like 2 hours to get to the airport from here. What a joke! Don't even bother booking here."
