"The hotel is updated and clean, albeit somewhat kitschy (which was admittedly expected with the Margaritaville theme). Staff was extremely friendly and aimed to please. One down side was the usually long wait times for the elevator: on average I had to wait 1-2 minutes each time (sometimes more) for the elevator. Another negative: the "resort fee" (this is a midtown Manhattan hotel, how about we drop the pretentious extra charge? Especially since I wasn't even using the pool!) The room was clean...

"Very clean, the bed a bit firm. I’ve stayed several times and if you get a room looking out by Lincoln center and the little park it’s brighter and cute. I just stayed and had a view of windows from the other building and a black OJ glove outside my window. Our room 137 was dark even with the blinds up, where it’s located doesn’t get direct sunlight. But it was an ADA room so the bathroom was larger. Which we did not request. Overall the location you can’t beat if you have events in Lincoln...

"This property is great if you want to be in walking distance to a lot of popular things. It was perfect walking distance to Maddison Sq garden to see a concert. Close to train/ subway station .. short walk to times sq .. even walked a little longer and reached Central Park .. city bike rentals all over the city .. lots of food options close by .. staff was friendly. Keep in mind your in the middle of a very busy city so you will hear noise all hours and see lots and it’s very busy in the city....
