Arlo Midtown is a very nice boutique hotel in a great central location in Manhattan. It's close to Times Square, but not too close. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but it's New York. The restaurant is great and the fitness facilities are excellent. I was most impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff. I will be staying here again!

My family and I stayed for 1 night to watch a show. The hotel was beautiful, clean and inviting. We had a little issue at checkin but the front desk was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Property was very clean and staff was okay. They weren’t rude but not as courteous either. It took a long time for our rooms to be ready. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The faucets were loose. There was no way to have hot drinking water without going to the lobby or drinking from the faucet. There was no coffee maker. Overall okay to stay but the lumpy pillows gave me a severe headache every night I used them.

A nice hotel with great design and energy without being over priced. Room was a little small, but that is common in NYC! Great staff and centrally located in Midtown. I would happily go back.
