"Good location for our visit. It’s away from the very busy time square and within easy walk to Noho and SoHo which has lots of great shopping and restaurants. The room was on the smallish side, but par for NYC. The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. "

"The location was perfect for exploring Chelsea and the West Village. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel is also convenient to subway lines. Drawbacks - the minibar fridge did not work; the small built in chest of drawers was in sad shape (the drawers either wouldn’t open or couldn't close;) there are an unnecessary number of buttons for lighting control; the silver lame sheers were tattered; and the drapery panel had some stains on it. All in all, nothing truly upsetting. I would stay here...
