"I was excited to stay here with my family, but pull up to a big muddy construction site, so there is no yard to play in like the picture shows, also understand that there is someone staying in the basement with a cat and a dog, and best of all was the man that came out of the downstairs apartment amd began talking to my 14 year old daughter and let her know he was house sitting. "This apartment is awesome! It's more spacious than it appears in photos and is clean and nicely updated. We were there to visit family in the neighborhood nearby, and it was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. While the property is on a fairly busy street close to the freeway, you would never know that once inside the apartment. It's very quiet inside and is conveniently located to downtown and other local attractions. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in...

"The property was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The one bathroom is set up so that the bath/shower is semiprivate from the toilet and sink, so that's a plus. Easy walk to downtown cafe or church, and easy drive to Rochester. Great value. "Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."
