"We stayed one night because it was very close to friends we were visiting. The location was perfect for us. It was great having an easy parking space. Adele was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved that e we had the whole top floor. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We felt that the room was not cleaned properly, we found hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom, more attention needed, the room was light and airy, basic provisions of fridge, shared bathroom although we didn’t see any other guests when we stayed."

"This is a quaint two bedroom property all on one floor with a well stocked kitchen and large bathroom & shower. Barry, the owner, is very helpful & friendly. I would thoroughly recommend it. It’s not the Ritz but hey how many people stay there!! Central for St Albans & 15 min walk to City Railway station. "

"Firstly there was no parking. Its not 'The White House' its no 23 on a very busy noisy road. Single room but so small there was only one way to put the bed. No curtains, no smoke alarm, 3 way plug for tv, (very basic), microwave and fridge (not PAT tested) no local info in the room - dont think i would go there again, sorry "

"At 10pm arrival in the area told by company that my room had been double booked even after a phone call in the afternoon confirming the room slept in car as other hotels fully booked. Dreadful service"
