The Hosts immediately understood my concerns, and made suggestions that would keep me safe. They also understand the cross contamination issues. They didn't have a gluten-free menu per se, but were able to offer 4 entres that were suitable. I had the Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry dish. Very satisfying. "

However, the glass table surfaces were dirty with dried liquid, bathroom fixtures were rusted/caked with hard water build up and the non-room area was pretty rough smelling of smoke from someone smoking cigarettes right in the front door next to the "No Smoking" sign "

I was disappointed to find the shower was not draining and the light over it was out but they fixed both within 2 days. Daily maid service. "This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London)."
