"Overall, this was good value for the price and the hostel is in a great location - close to the tube and there is a grocery store and multiple restaurants down the street. My one complaint was that when I took a shower, the drain was clogged and I was immediately standing in 4 inches of dirty water. Future guests should note the following: - The all-female dorm is two floors above the all-female bathroom. In terms of the facilities and personnel, the mattress was uncomfortable & the guy in the breakfast room a bit rude. I guess for the price it's okay, but not brilliant."

"This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London)."
