"Location is perfect! I was traveling with my toddler, so conveniency is a must. The room is small compared to what I am used to, however with daily organization it works out. If you’re to do laundry, there’s only 2 machines — it gets busy. My suggestion would to do laundry in the early morning before the daily activities. "

"Great Hotel. All Staff ..front desk, parking attendent, shuttle bus driver, were absolutely the best as always. Parking easy and convenient. Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again. "

Cleaniless is really their top priority as the room is really clean and they will make sure to clean the room regardless every 3 days. Staff are very nice as well. There are Chinese solicitors of such services who will solicit you. Be careful about accepting solicitations from non-establishments.
