We arrived about an hour before check-in and asked if they could hold our backpacks while we went sightseeing. Instead, they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with plenty of great options. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The Hiyori Hotel has an excellent location, close to all major spots in Osaka (Denden Town, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba Parks, Namba City) and even better because its right next to Namba Station which give you accest to the stations that go to Kyoto, Nara and many other places!

Amazing location! Safe clean area around hotel. So close to everything. Convenient train stations within 5min walk meant that we had a direct line to everywhere we wanted to go. Alot of things were walking distance. 5-10min walk to dontonbori street, 5min walk to a main shopping area (Namba). Amazing breakfast cafe 1 min walk from hotel. Clean room, great size room, good bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic. The room was clean and nice. A little smaller than the other rooms we have had on this trip. And the walls were very thin. It was not bothersome to us but if you are looking for perfectly quiet this is not the place. The staff were all polite and nice. Breakfast felt rushed and the one day that we decided to do the breakfast it ended at 9:30 so we really had to hustle so we could not enjoy our food. We would still stay here again!

Great hotel in a great location. So many things to see that were within walking distance or a short subway ride. Free drink for happy hour was a nice touch and the self serve laundry worked out perfectly for us timing wise. Breakfast buffet is good and reasonably priced. Room was sound proof. We were across from the elevator and overlooked a busy street and heard nothing.
