We loved this hotel. It was our favorite in all of Japan. Multiple dining options, spa, happy hour overlooking the city and incredible staff responsiveness were all highlights. This hotel was amazing—truly a 5-star experience! The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and delicious food, and the spa was well-equipped and relaxing. The location is also excellent—just minutes on foot from major tourist attractions, train stations, and the Yodo river in Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who can spend a little extra for a truly memorable stay.

traveled with family of 4. love how staff was super nice and friendly. close by to shops and train station. hotel provides a tuk tuk ride to train stations if you didn’t want to walk. amenities were top notch. would love to stay here again.
