"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"Great location on the water. Hotel was very clean. Taxi's were located right next door if you needed one. Breakfast was very good. Restaurants and great gelato a few doors away. Would definitely stay here next time in Naples. "

"The staff were helpful especially as we lost our bags on the first day. There’s a roof top restaurant with great views of Vesuvius and Capri overlooking the Naples bay where we spent most evenings having dinner. Rooms and the hotel itself has beautiful ambiance and was very relaxing."

"The property was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious too. Check in and out was easy. There was a lot of red colors in the room which made me a bit uneasy but that's just my preference. Thanks for your hospitality!"
