"What a wonderful hotel, found it by accident for attending an event at The Olympia and I cannot fault it. Spotlessly clean, room brand new with everything you could wish for including a heated floor in the bathroom. And all for only a small amount more than some of the terrible hotels in the same area. "Fantastic! The hotel itself, including the room, looked absolutely amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. The only issue is that the lift wasn't working, so we had to use the stairs. Other than that, everything was great. Will definitely stay there again."

"Hotel and the room itself were really nice. Couldn’t fault it apart from the fact that the flooring is all made of wood (nothing wrong with wood) which means we could hear all the noise from outstairs. There were noise of like furniture being moved at around 10 pm and went on for a good 30 mins until we fell asleep due to tiredness. Woke up very early nex day to catch the sunrise and went back to the hotel to sleep for a bit before check out. Again, noise from upstairs. This was at 930 am. The...

"Location is excellent it’s just 2 minutes walk to the underground station, lots of shops around the hotel as well, but I have to say I was staying in top floor and there is no lift, I would give 5.5 out of 10"
