"Hotel is clean and modern. Easy to park in underground garage. Great breakfast. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is about 30 minute walk to the beach and 45 to the old part of the town. Staff speaks English and is very helpful"

"For my first visit to San Sebastián, I could not have been happier with 7 Zinema. Although it is located a good walk from the centre, the hotel offers a calm elegant esthetic with a very interesting cinema theme. There are many excellent & bars in the immediate neighborhood, & even a laundromat 400 meters away. I was always pleased to return to the serenity of this very classy hotel after a day of being a tourist."

"Hotel is situated in a very good central location, next to shopping in a nice neighborhood. We were upgraded to a comfortable suite no view but it was ok. The only negative is that it has an excellent rooftop bar that we were not able to attend with our small service animal. "

"We were allocated room 127 which was close to the open atrium leading to reception and above the hotel's restaurant. We could hear the dull thud of techno music from our room which is not what we paid for. I went to reception to ask when it would cease and I was advised that it would "be soon". At 10:00 pm, I wnt back to reception to say that I could still hear the music and was advised that it had been turned down but I advised the receptionist that I could still hear it from my room. The receptionist allocated me a different room away from the noise. I did not need to move my luggage until I left the hotel the next day. So although my initial experience was not good, the hotel did their best to rectify the issue as best they could. So, I have awarded them 5 stars because the outcome was very satisfactory."
