"Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht. Was wir bekamen, hatte mit Deluxe wenig zutun. Statt Doppelbett haben wir 2 Schlafsofas die zusammen geschoben waren. Das Zimmer befand sich direkt unterm Dach mit 4 verschieden großen Dachfenster, die sich alle auf einer seite befand. Das Zimmer war ein langer Schlauch. Die Möbel waren zusammengewürfelt. Open wires, holes in the wall, damaged toilet seat, damaged windows and also leftovers from former guests. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. They were not frozen in the morning and expensive medicine had to be disposed of. Train your front staff better please. Do as the customer asks."
