"Stayed for a week in April 2024 to attend a wedding. From the time I arrived at the Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli, the service was outstanding. Staff were attentive, friendly, and did everything possible to make this stay enjoyable and memorable. Royalton Hyderabad
4.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (92)
"Royalton used to be great place to stay. Current management is very non-customer oriented. Increasing in cost, decreasing in service. Breakfast buffet far fewer items now. Though minibar indicated as included in price, alas, no minibar. Have to beg for towels. At least the long-time staff members still friendly, albeit being restricted by current management in assisting the guests. I miss the old Royalton of even just three years ago. "

"Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived. The loud music went on till 12:30 am and we had one of the closest rooms to the wedding despite only 15% occupancy. We couldn’t sleep until it all finished which was quite late. We...
