My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the service and hotel. We would recommend it as a haven from the bustle and noise of the city. We stayed three weeks, and Dominic and others ensured they catered for our breakfast needs. As with any four to five star hotels beware of hidden charges as 9% sales and another 9% for room service. They should mention this before ordering. The operators on the telephone service sometimes found my RP Accent difficult to understand.

Our stay at the Taj Krishna was amazing start to finish from the front desk staff, housekeeping even the Encounters team! Everyone was so attentive, courteous and took great care to ensure that every need of ours was met. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it has left such a positive impression on us that we will definitely stay with Taj Krishna again!

The property was amazing; however, there were mosquitos swarming in EVERY place that we went; the pool, the lobby when I went to relax and read, the hotel room itself. That was the most uncomfortable experience ever and it’s not something I would want to experience again. I did not get to enjoy myself and I spent a lot of money to come. If the mosquitos were not a factor, I am certain my experience would have been more pleasurable.

We stayed for 5 days on a family trip and truly enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The location was amazing, and our room was neat, comfortable, and well maintained. We opted for both buffet breakfast and dinner, and the food had a great variety of choices. What stood out most was the level of care from the restaurant team. The staff would regularly stop by to make sure we had everything we needed, and they were always warm and attentive. Even with my 10-year-old, who can be a little picky with food, we had absolutely no issues. A special mention to Mino and the housekeeping team, who took great care of us and consistently made sure everything in our room was just the way we liked it. Karim and the entire restaurant team were also wonderful and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The warmth extended beyond the restaurant and housekeeping — everyone we interacted with, from the reception and lobby staff to the other hotel employees, was friendly and welcoming. It’s rare to find a hotel where the entire team consistently goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, and we would be very happy to return. Highly recommended!

The property has ton of open spaces in the back. The suite was spacious and had designer supplies. Loved every bit of my stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved everything about the experience.

I and my mother stayed at Taj Krishna for a couple of weeks and the stay was amazing. The hotel and staff are amazing. The staff made sure we had a comfortable stay, Mansi from house keeping, umesh, Dominic, and Hari in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. Fahad also was a lovely guy. The hotel is in a great location and well maintained, I would definitely recommend Taj Krishna to my family and friends. Spa is amazing too and the Chinese restaurant is great!
