"This hotel is in amazing area and perfect beach. Food at the restaurant was one of the best we tried in Sardinia. Next to the hotel are more beaches walking distance and with a small hike. My only complain was the bedroom, we had junior suite with ocean view which was amazing but the bed was bad and is cover with a plastic to protect the mattress which causes a lot of heat, also bathroom a little uncomfortable. Just for the price room could be a little bit better. "

"I had ordered a room in the hotel with at least Wifi. They ran out of rooms and tried to save the situation by offering us a cottage. The cottage had a terrible bad smell and there was no internet (Wifi) connection. Breakfast was terrible, instant coffee, only croissants, no proper bread and only one cheese and ham. Because they had overbooked we had to explain why we were at the breakfast, for cottage users there is no breakfast. But we payed for it, so after some discussion we could stay, but...

The staff were courteous, but, due to several different teams working there, some things were overlooked (for example I was not told that, on a specific evening, there would be no dinner before 8:30pm - to their credit the restaurant staff did make me a sandwich at 7:30pm, as I did not want to wait until 8:30pm to eat). "The hotel was very dated and the apartment was unsuitable for self catering..i.e.no kettle, toaster and the electric hob had just two old style solid rings. The shower needs upgrading. It is not a 4 star hotel as per modern stsndards. Also the 'private' beach sunbeds required extra payment of €20 per day and the hotel demanded €16 per person 'tourist tax'..in CASH. Outrageous!!"
