Once arrived the apartment was a very good size, spotless clean and modern with great amenities. The staff at the reception was helpful, polite and accommodating with our requests. "Located in the city centre so easy to walk everywhere. Street parking is difficult. I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting). Only limited kitchen equipment but fine for simple meals. Sofa bed...

"BASIC accommodation value for money we didn’t expect luxury at that price and only wanted a clean secure place to stay which it was . The property was very poor at communication prior to our stay and needs to get up to date (eg use what’s app and respond to messages )"

"Very good standard email communication.. the apartment needs to be updated.. screens for bugs are broke and let a lot in .. bathroom needs to be redone completely.. really!.. space is huge, free Coffee and everything was clean .. 5 stars but reinvest in your property.. really needs some help "

"I LOVED my stay here. The unit was super clean, I had a small kitchen with anything that I could possibly need, AC/heating, a big window/balcony, a comfortable and clean bed, and a TV with access to Netflix! The check-in process was online and very easy, the staff were quick to respond to my emails, and I found that when I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and kind. I felt super safe and comfortable throughout my stay here, and I think it's the perfect place for solo travellers! :)"
