Beautiful grounds and views. Helpful, gracious staff. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was a little soft for us, but the hotel was great otherwise. The restaurant had good food and wonderful staff!

Lovely small hotel with great staff

Great family-owned hotell with very friendly and helpful staff. Their bistro was very good and the room was clean and nice. The only limitation is that there are no sidewalks along the very narrow road, so geting to beaches in a safe way requires a car or taxi/bus.

We loved this place. Beautiful and well maintained property. Very clean, modern room and great air conditioning. Great breakfast buffet and service. Very attentive staff. Restaurant dinner was amazing. Real italian family food. Best location if you have a car. 15 min drive to Sorrento ferry station. 30 mins to Positano area. 100% recommended.

The staff were amazing. The room amenities could have included proper coffee maker, creamer and free still water. Basic in all hotels in North America and the Caribbean. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was spectacular! All in all, a great experience. We would recommend.

The 20% dinner discount was offered, but we didn’t use it. Very courteous staff, and excellent clean rooms. A bit far from center, so transport is an issue. We used a bus to shuttle to the center. A taxi to the marina costs 50 euros. So be careful

Very nice and quiet environment. Room is clean. It would be nice if they can put some hooks in the room for hanging things, as there are no rod or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Although not in Sorrento, transportation to Sorrento is convenient with 2 Euro per trip shuttle bus, takes about 10 minutes to Sorrento. Overall satisfactory and good price.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location is stunning – quiet, peaceful and with a lovely pool and sunset dining area. Our room was modern, spotless and even had a little garden space to relax in. Netflix on the TV was a great extra touch. The staff were fantastic – so friendly, accommodating and always happy to help. They took time to explain everything clearly at check-in and really went out of their way for us during our stay. Breakfast was simple but tasty, just what we needed to start the day. We also loved how convenient it was – just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting into Sorrento really easy. Overall, a peaceful retreat with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. The pool area, bar and restaurant were amazing. The breakfast that was included was very good. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and it was delicious. The service was great. Rovatiana was very helpful Pascal was a great waiter his dinner suggestions were spot on Yuri makes great cocktails, ask him about the Tiramisu espresso martini ( but only have one, speaking from experience LOL)

This was definitely our favourite stay while being in Italy. Service here has been incredible. Room got upgraded. Breakfast included is always a bonus. Location has been so nice. It’s about 100m away from bus stop that takes you into to sorrento town. Which was perfect for us. We booked a 12 person boat tour to almalfi and positano which I highly recommend. Other day we took ferry out of sorrento to Capri. If you have time to do one of each.. do it. During the time we stayed here it was a bit chilly but they have a pool which I’m sure during spring summer and early fall is amazing. This place is definitely 100/10. Thank you for a wonderful stay Melrose!

Gem of a hotel

We were originally looking for a place in down town Sorrento but fortunately came across this beautiful gem. The property is great. it's a small hotel run by a family who are involved with it's everyday operation. Beautiful pool and restaurant. We were not able to get the A/C running but because it wasn't that warm we never persued the issue. There is a bar at the pool but we found the prices to be very expensive but equal to every other place that we visited. The rooms were cleaned daily . There is a bus stop right by the front of the property which was convenient for getting into down town Sorrento to hop a train or shop.

We had a wonderful stay! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, easy to access stay that’s close to the heart of the main downtown do not hesitate. The grounds are stunning and the staff was amazing and helpful. Wish we could stay longer!
