"You can never go wrong staying at a resort in the mountains. Pyramid Lake Lodge is in great location, off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of the Jasper townsite. Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. What’s not to like !"

"The only disappointment was the restaurant. It was highly over rated. Burger was salty and dried out and the gluten free bun rock hard. The barley mushroom risotto very boring."

"I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. "

"Hotel seems to be old but very charming. Room size was very good , beds are comfortable and good amount and quality of pillows. The shower was a little bit hard to setup the right temperature and halls are very noisy. "

"This place and price point matched appropriately. The room had lots of space and everything worked. A tiny bit dated and about 10mins walk from all the shops and restaurants. VERY helpful staff and nice hot tub"
