"I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. "

"We have stayed in this hotel several times. Staff are great but the section we were in is starting to show its age. Bathtub drain was sluggish, plumbing fixtures are dated. There is a newer section that will be more up to date no doubt. Very quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant is good for breakfast complete with full buffet."
