"First time staying within the Kiawah Island Golf Resort and this house was perfect for our family. The house itself was gorgeous with the two story ceilings throughout the first floor and the grand doorways. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and stocked well with nice towels and comfortable sheets. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch but the pool and views were the best part! Would definitely come back and stay at this property again!"

"This property has had a full recent renovation and it is lovely. We were there for five nights with our 3 adult children for a family wedding. This place was perfect. Immaculate with a great functional floor plan. Property management had great communication from booking until check out. They answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. The house is truly only a few blocks from the beach. Which is a big plus on Kiawah. Wouldn’t hesitate to book and look forward to returning.,"

"Beware of booking through VRBO, who was just the go-between with Vacasa, another property management company, who then doubled our booking/service fees without providing any additional service. Biggest waste of $$$!! While we booked through VRBO, they immediately passed us off to Vacasa, which made it confusing in terms of who to contact with questions about the property. The several questions I asked prior to our stay received no response, except for one on the last day of our stay."

"What a gorgeous house with spectacular views. You can even hear the ocean from the spacious porch. The high ceilings and large bedrooms are such a plus! Would definitely recommend this property, great location!"

"We booked this property the day before we arrived, so it was a great last minute find (our original vacation plans fell through). The house had great family space - big living room, 2 dining tables, mini ping pong table, great deck with table, and fun upstairs room with bunks and a TV. Nice bedrooms. Plenty of room for us to be together and have our own space. The only real negatives of this house were the kitchen which was very outdated and tucked away and the mold on the bathroom ceilings....

"The location of this property couldn't be better. It is directly across from the swimming pool. Just a short distance further is a fishing pier on the river. We say dolphins swimming one night. While the decor may be a bit outdated, the accommodations were everything we desired and needed. If you don't bring your own bikes, I recommend renting bikes so as to explore the island better. This was a great find!"

"Nice vacation property. Quite, peaceful and opportunity to get away from daily life. No street lights. So finding one's way at night is challenging. There could be better signage on roads and property direction signage can be improved."

"Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind."

"My husband and I found this property when we were looking to extend our stay on Kiawah. The property manager was accommodating and very communicative. The villa was clean, well appointed, had an outstanding view, and did not disappoint. There are so many things within walking distance that we never got back in the car after we arrived."
