Within a three minute walk of Kiawah Island’s natural beaches, this West Beach Villa is an ideal location for your trip to Kiawah! The villa is also just around the corner from the new Cougar Point Clubhouse, a great place to grab a meal or a drink overlooking the 18th green. The villa is also just a three minute walk from the Kiawah Conference Center.

This one bedroom second floor villa offers a cathedral ceiling in the main room. It includes a screened in porch overlooking a private lagoon. The villa sleeps four people with a King size bed and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is best suited for children. The bathroom was recently renovated and has a walk in shower. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen.

Kiawah Island offers the finest in golf, tennis, and natural beauty on the East Coast. Kiawah was rated the happiest seaside town for 2012 by Coastal Living magazine. Kiawah Getaway

We attended a wedding in Isle of Palms and we thought we’d take an extra couple of days in Kiawah to check out the island and take in the beach. This property served us well. Its location was wonderful, a 2 minute drive to the beach and convenient to restaurants and the supermarket.

Great getaway

In Kiawah for a wedding and this was the perfect place for our weekend plans. Condo was as advertised and a short walk to beautiful beach! Lovely weekend.

As advertised villa in a great location on Kiawah Island. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided lots of island information including maps, which were very helpful. Cougar Point golf course was steps away and access to biking on the beach as well as trails was very convenient.

Weekend Getaway

A beautiful property just a short stroll from the beach! We enjoyed strolls on the beach while on the Island for the wedding of some friends. The space was perfect for our needs. Loved it!

Best little piece of heaven!

This little villa was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was clean and peaceful, and just a few short minute walk from beautiful beach. We will hopefully be coming back next year! Host was prompt and friendly with all my questions!

Perfect for couple's weekend

My wife and I spent a long weekend in the unit and it was perfect for our needs--1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen/den. The porch overlooking the lagoon, from which we saw deer and a gator, was nice and private. The space is quiet and clean and had everything we needed.

Great little get away

Everything was nice and clean. Only problem is it’s a 6 minute walk to the beach and longer if you’re carrying beach gear. It would’ve been a big problem if we had taken children.

Relaxing get away

We loved visiting Charleston and the surrounding areas. The drive into the city from the island wasn’t too hard. And was absolutely beautiful with all the live oaks lining the roads. The beach access was so close, we walked over most nights for sunset. The screened in porch overlooking the lagoon was perfect for breakfast each morning. We truly enjoyed our stay. Not the fanciest, but just what we needed.

Great Trip!

We had never been to Kiawah before, but we for sure are going back. The condo was great. Plenty of room for two people. Very clean and nicely appointed. We even had a young alligator we could watch swim in the pond off of the back porch. The beach was very clean even after Hurricane Debbie. Thanks Todd!!

A short walk to the beach with lovely surroundings.

The 2nd floor Villa overlooking the lagoon was a quiet setting which allowed for some much needed relaxing and recharging. We saw several deer and other wildlife that wandered about the property regularly as we sat on the screened in patio enjoying the view. Freshfields Village supplied excellent dining with quaint shops and a well stocked grocery store just a short distance away. We enjoyed our stay and will look forward to another visit to Kiawah Island.

Fabulous location and comfortable stay.

We saw multiple deer and alligators out the windows of the screened in porch and it was a very convenient walk to the beach! The home provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, however the bed pillows have all seen better days and need to be retired for new ones. All else was clean and tidy and our kids age 8 & 11 found the sofa bed plenty big and comfortable to share.

Stayed off season and it was quiet and relaxing. The new shower is great. The pillows on the bed can be better but the mattress is great. Washer and dryer plus a dishwasher is super handy. Ample amount of space for a couple. Heather and Teeter supermarket is 3 miles away where you can get quality seafood. I cooked SC fresh shrimp everyday and it was awesome

Delightful Property

Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.

Close to beach and conference center

Todd was great to work with and the condo is in great condition. The new shower is great. Bed was comfortable and all other amenities were as shown. The location was perfect for me- a quick 1-2 minute walk to the conference center and maybe 4 or 5 min walk to the beach, and had a great pond view and felt very secluded. I visit Kiawah each year for a "workation" will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you Todd for being so responsive!

1420 Westbeach Villas

This condo suited our needs for the most part. Great location. Easy enough to find.Plenty of kitchen supplies. A couple suggestions would be to supply a couple blankets in the unit and there were three extra pillows but only one extra pillow case. There is stair lighting but was not working. Makes it a little more difficult when its completely dark and suitcases and supplies are being transported up and down the stairs. Owner very responsive when called or texted. Nice to have a washer/dryer as well. Also, beach chairs available in porch closet that allowed us to be able to sit on beach and enjoy the sand and sun

Great location for our purpose (we were there for a wedding). Unfortunately it rained the whole trip. That being said, we were unable to use the beach. Host had good communication, easy check in, clean unit. If I had to say a negative, it was we had difficulty working the tv. Honestly, I think the batteries may have been dead.

Peaceful Beach Getaway

This is our second year staying at this location. We love Kiawah Island primarily for its serenity. There is not the usual hustle and bustle of a beach town in Kiawah and this property fits perfectly into the island. With a secluded lagoon behind the unit wildlife is sure to be found! Definitely recommend.
