"This property is awesome! Our family of three loved the location, just steps from the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking around the property on all of the paths. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out that our 15 year old slept on. Towels and sheets were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs."

Biking trails and property in general were well kept. The unit was very clean even down to the baseboards. Our only recommendation is some maintenance and upkeep of the unit due to expected "wear and tear." "Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind."

"The property was on the beach and near Boardwalk 22, which made it easy to cross the foliage on a wooden walkway and get right onto the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, glasses, and silverware. The property was clean. On this visit, the screen door to the balcony appeared broken and off the track propped up next to the wall on the balcony, which just meant we kept the door closed, however, otherwise we would have enjoyed a screen door and the beach air.
