"Great little bed-and-breakfast with small rooms or cottages on the marsh side of Folly Beach. The staff is amazing especially grandma. Joyce makes you feel like you’re at home with grandma taken care of you. We had the Azul blue room, a smallest room with a en suite bathroom the decor was cute 50 style The only negative was a personal preference. The bed was very soft. They have a great little sitting area where we can sit out and watch the marsh everything is in walking distance within 5 to 10 minutes even with a bum knee I was able to walk to everything"

The rooms were exceptionally clean and felt very cozy. It was way better than a soulless hotel room, you could feel the history in every plank of wood. "We had a lovely time at the property. The house was spacious and clean, and the proximity to the beach access made it almost as convenient as staying oceanfront. The owners were helpful and responsive. The house has plenty of chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach. The walk to Center Street and restaurants and shops was short.
