Location was outstanding, on the beach and near the town of Folly Beach. Ocean view and a pool overlooking the ocean. Staff were very nice! Only negative was slow and out of service elevator. Property is slightly older.

It is an older hotel but it was very clean, plenty of parking, the pool area was nice with lots of seating. It has a nice coffee shop and Pinky’s restaurant was very good. The Pinky’s beach bar had a good selection and a nice area to sit. It is in a perfect location and you can walk to all the bars, restaurants and gift shops. We will stay here again.

Amazing beachfront views, sunrises and sunsets. Clean room. Great restaurants and shops right across the street. Pinky’s decor was neat and food really good. Cafe inside hotel had delicious grab and go coffee & food. Need exhaust fans in the bathrooms, need to fix broken elevator and the floor of the one working elevator. Staff all pleasant. Overall, this is a good hotel. The view is excellent and easy access to the beach and the pier. The Pinky’s restaurant being downstairs was also convenient. Our complaints would be no microwave, no gym, and bad ventilation in the bathroom.
