"Overall our visit was a great experience! Very clean - helpful friendly staff Beachview was great although the balcony wasn't wide enough for a chair- the door to the balcony was extremely hard to open! It was great to have Starbucks in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel! Parking was very convenient."

"We stayed at Hang 6. The people who manage the house are very responsive if you need something. In regards to the place we stayed, we loved it! It was very clean, the theme in the house was beautiful, the shower worked wonderfully and the water stayed nice and hot, the bed was comfortable. We particularly liked how comfy the living room furniture was. The balcony was nice to have to read, drink coffee, watch the sunrise or sunset. And, of course, the very close proximity to the beach was the best thing besides the guaranteed/designated parking we had. Lots of options very close and within a very reasonable walking distance to go to. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something close to the beach."

We enjoyed the view while sitting on the balcony; the walk to the beach was a breeze; and it was an easy walk to the bars and restaurants! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. "We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. The location could not have been more perfect. We were able to easily walk to the beach along with the great shops, restaurants and local spots that make Folly so much fun. If you’re hesitant because of some of the reviews mentioning Chico Feo across the street, don’t be! We actually enjoyed hearing the live music which was really good and never seemed overly loud or active. It just added to the fun Beachtown vibe. One of our favorite perks was having Bert’s Market just steps away being open 24/7 was incredibly convenient for late night snacks and anything we forgot to pack. The house was comfortable, clean and perfectly situated for enjoying everything Folly Beach has to offer. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend to any couple looking for fun walkable beach getaway."

"Great little bed-and-breakfast with small rooms or cottages on the marsh side of Folly Beach. The staff is amazing especially grandma. Joyce makes you feel like you’re at home with grandma taken care of you. We had the Azul blue room, a smallest room with a en suite bathroom the decor was cute 50 style The only negative was a personal preference. The bed was very soft. They have a great little sitting area where we can sit out and watch the marsh everything is in walking distance within 5 to 10 minutes even with a bum knee I was able to walk to everything"

"Lisa is a great host! Very quick to respond.The accomodations were perfect. It was spotless, well kept, and comfortable. I spent a lot of time on the porch admiring the spectacular view. I will look to stay here again on my next trip!"
