"やまぎしさん was very helpful! He shower great hospitality and was able to provide much assistance to help make the most of my short stay. The room was AMAZING! The room onsen was nice and hot. The view was great and had everything you could ask for. I really enjoyed the senbei and haori jacket- great for photo opportunity. I did not dine at the hotel but had some great whiskey at the bar. The bartenders were excellent- wish I got their name to give them credit. Breakfast buffet was excellent...

"Nice Japanese boutique hotel within walking distance to town. Single storey Japanese style cottages or rooms (new wing) surrounded by Japanese gardens and features. 4-5 private in door and outdoor onsens to choose from. Delicious breakfast and for those with 1/2 board, the set dinner was very good with free flow of sake, coffee/tea and orange juice. "The hotel itself is in a great location with amazing services and teams. The room we stayed in was nice and big and was restocked when needed. I definitely like that we need to take our shoes off at the entrance and the entire hotel is covered in tatami mats! My only issue is that this hotel is used by a lot of foreign tour groups who may not be the most polite people. We had lots of people push in queues for food or drinks, not clean properly before getting in the onsen, etc. so beware of...

"Had dinner and breakfast along with the private bath room. The food was excellent each time and plentiful (dinner was a little on the large side so if you stay, I might recommend skipping lunch). The staff was friendly throughout the stay and greeted us at the entrance when coming in for check in and after out outing.
