"I cannot say enough after the Gate Lodge and Finola! The home was quaint and a lovely setting in the rolling hills of Ireland. The kitchen was modern and spacious. "Spiddal Cottage was delightful! Both rooms were spacious, the living room was lovely, the kitchen small but with all the necessary appliances. We didn't ever cook there, so I can't say anything about the pots, pans, spices, etc. The mattresses were quite firm. Bring your own entertainment if you want to watch something. The wifi worked great and we had access to the washing machine, which was very nice. Patsy was accommodating and super nice! The area was stunning, and a great place for a ferry...

"OH MY GOODNESS! I truly didn’t realize what the room I booked was until we opened the door. We were put in “The Harlow” SUITE! We were shocked and thrilled with this room. It was beautiful. Not only was it a two room suite, but we had a balcony and an OLD FASHION COPPER TUB (which felt glorious when I took a bath)! We used almost of the amenities. Coffee shop one morning for coffee and danishes. Sophie’s for breakfast our last day. TOP NOTCH breakfast. The night we arrived, we were too tired to go out, so we went to The Elephant and Castle. We only wanted “appetizers.” We got the wings and the fried calamari. They were both HUGE portions. Again, so delicious. We’re from the States and KNOW our chicken wings. These were amazing. 2 of our girls used the pool and spa area and said it was like being in a real spa. Everyone was so nice as well. Can’t wait to stay in a Dean Hotel soon. "
