"The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s near the bus station which adds a level of sketchy but we felt very safe together. We ate in walking distance and it was lovely. Mall and supermarkets are also walking distance Breakfast was lovely The bathroom shower had no curtain and it made it difficult to take a shower without wetting the entire bathroom To get to our room, 2 floors up, it was by stairs. "Studio (50qm) gebucht, falsches Zimmer erhalten. Mit allem Gepäck wieder runter. Im richtigen Zimmer stand statt der Sitzgruppe nur ein Tisch, die beiden Sessel fehlten. Wieder runter - reklamiert. "Unser Hausservice kümmert sich." Nichts passiert bis zur Abreise. Den Mangel bei Abreise erwähnt - nahezu keine Reaktion. Kunde ist hier kein König, allenfalls Umsatzbringer."
