Absolutely loved this hotel. Very unique, traditional and the staff were absolutely lovely. Allowed me to check in early, which was tremendously helpful. Loved the breakfast and thought the price was very competitive. It is a little difficult to find and not the closest to the town centre but the public transport is very good and I needed to be closer to the Podgorze region, for my planned trips, so this was ideal. Would definitely go again and they are also in the process of refurbishment, improving on the already good facilities.

Wonderful Stay in Krakow!
The Residence Tournet is a charming hotel located in the centre of Krakow. Just a five minute walk from the old Jewish district of Kazimierz and a ten minute walk from the beautiful old town. The hotel was clean and warm and very safe. The surrounding area is really charming with plenty of public transport options, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and it was very quiet and peaceful during the evening. The rooms were basic but wonderful for the price with everything you could need to make the most out of your time in Krakow. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and very delicious and the staff were exceptional and could not do enough for me. They were kind and helpful and made me feel very welcome. If ever I return to Krakow, I would love to stay here again to further explore this fascinating city. Thank you for a wonderful stay Residence Tournet!

Nice comfortable hotel
Nice comfortable room on the top floor. Small single bed, but as it was just me it was fine. Very convenient to the Old Town, but it was quite noisy at night even with the windows closed.

Very central hotel to everything. Breakfast wasn’t for us , would have liked fruit and yoghurt included. You can order a take out breakfast which was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room was a good size.

Love the Residence Tournet, Monica (receptionist) was so friendly and helpful, every staffs was so polite and helpful.... My room was brilliant, spacious and clean. The area have everything, little supermarket, places to eat or take away, public transport about 5 minutes walking distance, 15/20 minutes walking distance to Main Square Cant wait to go back....

The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. I arrived close to midnight, but clear check-in instructions were sent in a timely manner, so I had no problems at all. Very reasonable prices, definitely recommend this place

Tournet is nicely situated with a brief walk to old town. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfasts are large and good quality, the garden is attractive, and service is friendly. English is spoken.

The room was clean and tidy and lively and warn when were arrived. Loved the fact there was a cafe attached to the hotel. The only downside was the winding stairs to the room as we were st the back of the hotel. Would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Krakow as close to amenities and fairly near the castle and main square.

Nice, great breakfast, can't recommend in winter.
I booked very late, they had to put heating on when I arrived, but it didn't really help, it was cold. Room was clean and breakfast was really good. Check-out was at 10am, but there was construction work right next to my room which began just before 8am, so didn't really sleep well.

This is a nice hotel with a bohemian feel. It is in a good position in the Jewish Quarter but is still handy for the town centre, the main square is about 10 minutes walk away. The Jewish Quarter seems to be the most interesting part of Krakow and also the best for restaurants. It is very touristy everywhere. We went to see Auschwitz, you just book on a tour in the town.

Fabulous little hotel.
Excellent hotel with a great location in the Jewish Quarter and 10 minutes walk into town. Hotel staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean & spacious. Free breakfast was a fantastic bonus. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend and will stay again. Hotel has a lovely restaurant and outside terrace area attached. Fabulous!!

Grand spot in Krakow!
Nice but basic hotel in a great location in the old Jewish district, close to nightlife & restaurants & easily walkable from the historic quarter in 15 mins or so. The Breakfast is a bit basic & could do with more variety. Roman on reception was very helpful.

This is good small hotel - 18 rooms. About 20 minutes to Market Square. Nice and quiet area. Staff was also quite nice and accommodating. Good full breakfast. Bathroom had a little molding around the tub. And there was no shower curtain. Rest was pretty good. I would stay there again. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty and good price.

Good hotel for a short stay in Kracow. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. It however became a little warm in the room with not much air flow, the hot water was not hot enough and ran out and could not connect to internet in the bedroom. Overall though, had a good experience.

Nice place.Very welcoming staff and very pleasant throughout my stay. Room is comfortable, really great towels (been looking at buying the same after my stay there), good selection at breakfast. Located 10 mins walk to the old town square, close to the main sight in the jewish quarter. Whether it is museums/castles or nightlife (it is 5 mins walk around the corner) this is a great place to stay at a good price. Thanks!

Original building with lots of character in Jewish area, very convenient location close to Wawel Castle and about 20 mins walk from main station; trams also run close by. Helpful staff and varied breakfast selection of hot and cold foods. Comfortable and clean room.

Don't judge a book by it's cover !
At first glance at the outside of this hotel you would be quite entitled to be apprehensive. But that is where your doubt ends because everything else is spot on if you are looking for a budget hotel that serves excellent food. You need to take your own hairdryer & coffee as they supply the water and kettle but not the actual drink. However, there is a chemist/mini market just around the corner that sells sachets of Nescafe, hot chocolate, etc. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the staff go out of their way to be helpful and are most apologetic if they can't provide you with exactly what you want. Great location, close to the centre but nice and quiet, great coffee, even better cake, nice courtyard but most of everyone who works there was chatty, friendly, helpful and they even dry your trainers for you (long story),

Great little hotel
This hotel is good value for money. It is within easy walking distance of the city centre and is situated in an interesting area with a large number of good value and varied restaurants. The hotel is clean with modern fittings and equipment, the staff are cheerful and helpful and it is reasonably priced. The hotel's own restaurant has a tasty menu. I stayed with my two adult children and would stay there again without hesitation.

Hotel interior was fine. It appeared that it had been recently renovated. Problem was with a bar down the street which created a lot of noise during the evening and night. Not sure if there was a side of the hotel that might have been quieter. Also no airconditioning and no elevator. The included breakfast was superb and staff were helpful with small requests.

We just came back from 1 night stay at Tournet and it is as expected from all the review. Small hotel, great and friendly staff at the reception, clean with small but adequate room. We feel welcomed when we first arrived and they help stored our luggage on the last day with no questions. Breakfast was good. It is about 15-20 mins walk to the main square but we felt safe. Overall good hotel for the price.

Excellent base for getting around Krakow.
We loved Krakow. Hotel and staff were great. Krakow itself was brilliant and very cheap for good quality. First European city break we have gone on where we did not feel ripped off at times.
