"Breakfast was great (food and view) Staff is very friendly and prompt to assist Rooms are spacious and the view of the volcano is amazing Restaurants is overprice (in my opinion) but that seems to be the case for all hotels , Wood pizza was good ($20 -$25) there is other local food options near by I will definitely stay again "

"We loved staying at this hotel, it was beautiful and clean. The view and the room were amazing.The staff were amazing and friendly. The staff at the reception and the guy at the pool bar were really nice and helpful. We just felt a little uncomfortable the first night we ate at the restaurant because the restaurant staff were really pushing the special of the night that at the end was expensive and not really that good for the price and the “complimentary” dessert was a frozen pie we usually find in any store. Besides that the rest was great and we enjoyed it a lot."

"Beautiful property and the breakfast was delicious. We were awakened by Howler monkeys playing in the trees. There is a nature trail around the property where we saw the monkeys, poison blue Jean frogs, toucans, hummingbirds and the most amazing flowers. The view of the volcano is incredible. "

"Beautiful hotel, the view from our cabin was phenomenal, pool was great and very good breakfast included. Only downside was the trail on site is not maintained and quite overgrown. The area around is beautiful with lots of hikes though! Overall great stay!"

"Without a doubt the most incredible property I’ve ever visited. Our mountain(volcano!) view was jaw dropping, truly something I’ll never forget. The infinity pool and hot tub area enjoyed the same view! The restaurant is 5-star, truly a pleasure. The grounds are gorgeous and felt very safe; and don’t even get me started on the monkeys we watched from our balcony as they swung through the lush trees. Honestly I can’t recommend the resort highly enough. The only part that wasn’t amazing was the lack of A/C. We had a quite powerful ceiling fan over the beds that made sleep possible, but the bathroom areas could feel a bit moist. But then again I was visiting a rainforest in June, which is early in the rainy season, so I should have expected this. My fault, not theirs. Despite this, I cannot recommend this resort highly enough! I hope to stay there again in the future. "
