"The apartment is on 3rd floor but we were not aware there were 59 stairs to climb each time. Bit of a struggle carrying cases when we arrived. Think it needs to be made clear on the description because some people may not be capable of climbing that number of stairs and need to know before they book it. Also it would’ve been useful to have some local details in the apartment. For example nearest pharmacy, medical centre, refuse bins, bus services, market days, places to visit, taxi services...

"My wife and I stayed for a month Sep/Oct 2022. Miguel was waiting for us when we arrived and told us everything about the apartment and local area. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was a good supply of cleaning/laundry products, cooking materials, (foil, baking paper, freezer bags etc.) even oils, vinegars, herbs and spices. "After resolving the means of unlocking the door we found the method of entry amazing and very safe. We enjoyed the San Juan area and would recommend people to visit. Plenty of good bars and restaurants without the hassle you get in Las America/ Christianos. As stated apartment basic but adequate. Perhaps Daniel could consider some sun loungers on roof which would improve outside area facility. Generally enjoyable stay."

The information could make clearer that the bathroom is off one bedroom therefore might not be ideal for some groups. More equipment in the kitchen for cooking might be useful to some guests."

"Cannot fault the apartment and location. We stay in about 3 self-catering apartments a year and I rate this in the top 3 we have ever stayed in. View excellent, accommodation perfect, air-conditioning in the bedroom, great quality kitchen utensils, opening of the glass wall brings the outside in. "This is a high spec property. Our third visit and Tanya and Alan are always making improvements. Loved the new couch and automatic awning. Of course the terrace and views are the main attraction - the cliffs, the sea, the sunset. Also close to all local amenities and restaurants. Highly recommended!"
