Apartment with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms in Playa San Juan. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils. Modern style with linens and towels. Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The property and building are equipped with a set of electronic/smartlocks. You may open the door of the building by means of a smartphone app. If you prefer, I can also open for you from afar. The Neighborhood:
Playa de San Juan is a town located at the mouth of the gorge of Guia de Isora, which was a fishing port which still retains the old dock. Still, it has now a larger infrastructure to adapt to the needs of the population. The most important point to visit the Playa San Juan is its beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag in 2012. The award of the UN, recognizes those beaches where quality of water and swimming area are excellent. Currently, it has become a trendy location, very clean and friendly with shopping and leisure facilities that have a high standard and are not expensive.

The apartment was clean and tidy plenty of fresh towels and bedding. Supermarket, Restaurants. Bars, Beaches all within walking distance. If you do need help a message to Daniel and he will answer you straight away I have stayed there four/five times and hopefully will be staying there in May. NOEL.

Ferienwohnung Playa San Juan
Der sogenannte Balkon reicht gerade mal für zwei Personen im Stehen aus. Durch die gegenüber befindende Großbaustelle war ein Aufenthalt darauf und in der Wohnung tagsüber durch den Lärm nicht möglich.
So etwas gehört einfach durch den Besitzer mitgeteilt.

Fijn verblijf op loop afstand strand en boulevard met restaurants.
Op een goede locatie gelegen appartement op loop afstand strand en gezellige boulevard met restaurants.
We hebben het er naar ons zin gehad, de huiskamer zelf had wel wat gezelliger gemogen, en een waterkoker zou fijn zijn. Verder beperkt servies en glazen etc. voor 4 pers. en als laatste opmerking, de kussens hadden wat beter gemogen. Verder heel tevreden en hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Essenziale
Ubicazione buona, in pochi passi raggiungi il centro e la spiaggia di San Juan e al mercoledì a 100 metri fanno un simpatico mercatino, non esaltante la vista dalle finestre.
L'appartamento è comodo ma spoglio, c'è l'essenziale: stoviglie contate, buoni i materassi ma pessimi cuscini, il secondo bagno senza nessun appoggio si cui mettere anche solo lo spazzolino da denti. Il garage sarebbe per 5 vetture ma è problematico fare manovra anche se è sempre vuoto tanto che l'ho sempre lasciata fuori. Nonostante questi nei siamo stati bene complice anche un tempo magnifico.

Große schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und die Raumaufteilung ist gut. Die Zimmer sind größer als auf den Fotos. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Super ist auch die Waschmaschine, denn man kann auf großen Dachterrasse alles trocknen. Dass es einen Aufzug gibt, finden wir auch gut, schon allein wegen des Gepäcks. Wenn man eine Frage an Daniel hat, meldet er sich sofort zurück. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub auf Teneriffa machen möchten, hoffen wir, dass Daniel wieder eine Wohnung für uns frei hat.
