  • "Parque Santiago 1" - one of the most attractive, and in many people’s eyes, the best apartment complex in Tenerife.

    Parque Santiago 1 commands an extremely enviable, beachfront, position, with the choice of several beaches accessible via Geranium Walk, the seafront promenade which provides easy access to all areas of the resort. The beautiful complex has a fully refurbished and modern swimming pool area and is surrounded by tropical gardens of palm trees and flowers. It is one of the few swimming pools in Tenerife that are heated during the winter months (October to April).

    The property contains FREE internet and TV - including BBC1 & ITV1.

    From Parque Santiago 1, you have immediate access to the beach front and it's an easy walk to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Siam Aqua Park is ten minutes away by car. Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy taking in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.

    This is a lovely, ground floor, pool-side apartment with a bright, sunny terrace which overlooks the delightful pool area. The private terrace contains a dining table and chairs along with two sunbeds - an ideal place to enjoy your morning cornflakes; a cool beer in the afternoon or simply nip back from the pool for refreshments.

    There is a spacious and cool sitting room with TV, FREE internet, two reclining armchairs and a double sofa. There is a dining area and a separate kitchen area which contains a four-ring hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful 1bedroom apartment in perfect location. Terrace got the sun all day so no need to pay for sun loungers around the pool. Lovely cafe on site for breakfast or snacks.

Lovely location in a nice complex

The property is perfect for a couple, it has all the essentials & the benefit of outdoor space. The complex is quiet & has a very reasonably priced restaurant (when open) & the pool is great. Surprised that there is a charge of 5 a day for a sunbed as this is different than the other Parque Santiago complexes we've stayed in.

Great stay at Scott’s apartment. Location couldn’t be better. We’ll equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week after a busy period. Would definitely consider a repeat booking at a similar time of year, when the weather is as perfect as it was this week. 5* rating!

Great location, apartment had all we needed, even a coffee machine! Terrace is huge with sun lingers sun most of the day. Scott responded really quickly to any queries, will definitely be back!

Apartment was clean, in a perfect area for our requirements. Good wifi, British TV and a spacious terrace. Access is good through gates at each side of the complex. Communication very good though no problems to report during our stay.

Great little apartment

Had a fantastic week away. Weather was dare I say it too warm, which did make the rooms very warm but we did manage to sort the small portable fan to help. Pool great and very local to shops etc. we would definitely come back. Thank you for a great time away

Lovely apartment… everything you need at hand. Complex lovely and pool bar does amazing food. All bars/ restaurants in walking distance.Literally a short hop to the pool … you pay for Sun loungers but you could stay at the apartment as it gets the sun till about 3ish. Wanted to book it for same time next year but fully booked .. not surprised

Appartment is perfectly located, on ground floor next to pool. Very clean and comfortable as described and seen in photos, a mid week towel change was a bonus. The large ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom worked a treat, I’m not a fan of air conditioning. Nice to have use of a washing machine too. Highly recommend and would stay here again, access and communication very good

The complex is fantastic perfect for the older couple Spotless in all aspects of grounds facilities pool The sun loungers we’re pay per day but not a problem this I suspect goes to the upkeep of the pool area The pool bar is great food very good prices very reasonable As for the apartment all I can say is perfect in every way Unable to fault Everything you need is there spotlessly clean Position perfect As for booking again ? In a heartbeat if I had to fault anything I think we had 1 cloudy day how inconvenient (ha ha)

The pool is close and is lovely and warm. It wasn't heated as it was early May Even though there is a path next to the patio wall its feels very private. The whole place is very clean and tidy and the apartment is very comfortable and we were very impressed. The washing machine was very. useful.The restaurants are close by too. We visited in early May and the weather was perfect for us low to mid 20C. There were a couple of showers but they were very short. The apartment was very quiet due to the time of year but where its situated i think it would be quiet even in high season.Haven't got a negative to say
