We had an amazing stay here, we have stayed at the same complex before, but this was our first time in this unit. It had everything we needed, compact but ideal for the 2 of us. Everything is in easy walking distance, the grounds & staff on site are lovely. We will be back again, I am sure.

Excellent value

Excellent location and complex which was great value for money. 4 of us and apartment on small side but great sized balcony to relax in with sun all day and directly facing pool. Good neighbourly feel within complex and many restaurants on site and just out and along the promenade to the left. David answered any questions swiftly so all and all an excellent trip

A nice break

The property was very clean and spacious. All mod cons and aircon were working perfectly. Location was good as restaurants and bars close by were of good quality. Would stay again.

Fabulous little place to relax and unwind

Quiet, spotlessly clean resort in a brilliant location. Although the appartment / studio is not massive in size (it's big enough for two) it has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in the sun. It benefits from a short walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. All at your doorstep. Best thing was, we didn't have to rush for sunbeds in the morning! Would definitely stay there again !

Fabulous stay.

The location of the property is excellent. Close to beach, bars & restaurants. The apartment is perfect for 2 people comfortably. More drawers for clothing would help but otherwise we managed. The fully equipped apartment is a little dated but otherwise it is very comfortable. Host was very accommodating us with a later check out which we appreciated. View from the balcony over the pool was lovely. Already booked to return twice next year & looking at a third booking. Thank you David.

Great

Great holiday. The location is TOP. The apartment is clean and nice with a great pool. Maybe just a tip for the hairdresser: add some small cooking utensils for 2-3 people in the kitchen, some cushions for the loungers on the terrace and some shelves in the bathroom. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment.

Great location

The apartment is a bit dated but comfortable. It’s a good size with comfortable furniture. Sun on the balcony from mid day and really good loungers. Very good power shower and hot water. Missing an anti slip mat. Mid wee clean and change of towels and bed linen incurred an additional cost of £50. Very small t.v with limited English channels. Great location. Yes we would stay again.

Upon arrival the cleaner told us the shower was broken but they fixed it, we were pleased, but it was fixed with a cable tie so immediately broke again, we told the host but were happy to work around it, later we also found the shower cubicle in particular was dirty, the pillows were stained brown from sweat, the hob didn’t work and one of the sunloungers leg was broken, the host was responsive to emails regarding these problems, but unfortunately for us they were only rectified by the end of our stay, but the next guest will benefit, Location is excellent and checking in was easy, great air conditioning

Wonderful stay in apartment

This is the second time that we have stayed in David's apartment. The location is ideal-around the corner from the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Even though it is close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment complex is lovely with beautiful landscaping and a two section wading pool (one side is heated which is a bonus). The apartment has everything that you need for an enjoyable vacation. Another thing that we like very much is having a washing machine in the bathroom with a drying rack--it makes life so much easier if you are staying for a longer duration. The apartment is also air-conditioned. David responds quickly to any questions about the apartment. If we return to Tenerife, we will certainly stay again in David's apartment!

Fabulous location and stay!

We had a wonderful stay in David's apartment at TRG. The location couldn't be better with two lovely beaches to choose from, both within a minute's walk from the complex. Shops, supermarkets, excursion booking, bars, restaurants & e-scooter hire are right on your doorstep. Despite all of these amenities, the apartment is very quiet at night ensuring that we all slept well. The complex is lovely with a beautiful swimming pool that the balcony overlooks and a sea view to the left. You are on the first floor so high enough up to ensure it is not noisy in the daytime and we felt safe at night to leave the balcony door open if we wanted to. There is a pool bar and restaurant on-site, plus pool & air hockey tables. Plenty of space & sun beds around the pool too. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need to make a comfortable stay. My partner and I were with my teenage son and his friend and we managed fine in the space if you are wondering if it's big enough for 4 people. The balcony is quite spacious so that acts as an extra room in the daytime & is well equipped with table, chairs & even sunbeds. There is a lift almost directly outside the apartment so handy for when you have your suitcases. David provides you with the security code for the gates so you have a choice of ways to get into the complex. If you have a car, parking is very limited in the daytime, but there is a small free car park to the left by the beach, if you hang around you can often get a spa

A small but comfortable apartment, perfectly located right in the center with direct access to the beach. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay — the only thing missing was even a basic coffee maker.The terrace was absolutely delightful and definitely one of my favorite features!
