Villa Abama Belle Vue

Beautiful newly built luxury villa on top of the Abama Golf and Resort.

350 m² tastefully furnished, situated on the first line of the golf course, with sea and mountain views.

The main floor consists of 2 bedrooms ensuite, a kitchen open to the living room with dining area. An extra large TV with international channels, a large fenced terrace of about 120 m2 with infinity and heated pool, sun beds, outside dining area and griddle, reading area. Laundry area and bugy parking.

The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, with hydro-massage bath and dressing room. 1 of them with panoramic views to the sea, the other one with view to the Abama lake.

The terrace on the upper floor has a jacuzzi, 2 sunbeds, an outside lounge, a parasol...

The sea views are wonderful. Without a doubt, the perfect place for a dream stay.



Due to the proximity to the golf course there is a probability that golf balls will fall into the facility.

Beautiful Villa

Lovely villa, everything you need for a stay. Excellent quality fixtures and fittings and lots of space. Couple of points that the villa sleeps 8, however dining table only seats 6, and only 6 sunloungers 4 were around the pool and 2 on the roof terrace. There is a small shop at the hotel, 15 minutes walk away, however the walk back is very steep You really need a car due to the location of this villa

Traumhaus

Sehr schöne, aussichtsreiche und ruhige Lage, für uns war es ein perfektes Familienhaus. Der kleine, private Sandstrand beim Abama Hotel erreicht man zu Fuss innert 25 Minuten, der Flughafen ist 30 Minuten entfernt und die Attraktionen bei Adeje (Siam Park und Ähnliches) sind innert 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
