"I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Alex. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating, the facilities are immaculately clean and the room and property had everything I wanted in a hotel. The Ski room with heated boot and glove warmers in my private locker were a fantastic add that I wasn’t aware of. Sofi and the staff were very friendly.
