Even though we did feel safe I did have issues. There is no microwave or fridge in the rooms. No shower soap. They cleaned 2 out of three days, completely missed us. And the pool closes at 7PM. We are more vacationers not gamblers. Everything is expensive. It was our first trip to Vegas but for the price of rooms I was disappointed that not even a fridge in there. I travel with insulin so a fridge would have been handy.
Such great deals during the week. Awesome hotel and casino!

From the flooding and soggy carpets to the overall disrepair of the entire strip we will not be coming back to Vegas or this property . That combined with the absolutely ridiculous pricing since covid seals the deal
It’s clear that they’ve done 0 maintenance on this place since they built it in the 90s. Don’t be fooled by the outside of the building. Dysfunctional elevators, wallpaper peeling, long wait times, $7 water bottles, intentionally disorienting signs, AC in your room that barely works
Its a perfectly decent hotel/casino. Unfortunately, you will have to wait in line for just about everything that has to do witb the hotel and the elevators seem to be a constant issue but, if you can overlook that it is a good bang for your buck.

The room was very outdated. There was no refrigerator or safe. The TV was very old and wasn't in HD. There wasn't an option to turn off a very loud vent in the bathroom. One switch controlled both the light and vent.
I enjoyed my stay at the Luxor. Unfortunately the water went out and caused the elevators to be taken out of service. There weren’t any attempts by the hotel to make up for the situation. Instead we were just told, the stairs are that way and had to walk 16 flights with out luggage.
Very pleasant front desk- check in person and made us feel welcomed and shared information about premises her name is Yvonne.

I like the openness of the hotel. The remote for the tv took 3 days to fix because housekeeping did not listen to my problem and did not change the batteries just moved them around. It was not a pleasant 3 evenings with no tv to watch before bed.

Check in process terrible. Even with trying the app.
Had two rooms and neither was serviced the next day for making up bed etc.
Always have loved the Luxor. Never again.

The staff are miserable & unhelpful.
The front desk couldn’t figure out how to match my keycard to the parking garage to leave for my entire stay.
The only plus, the room. Which was clean enough. And right next to the ice machine which made
Noise every 2 min.
Absolutely maddening.
we never went as I came down with throat cancer and had to cancel our trip but the luxor would not cancel our reservation. when we do back to vegas we will not stay there.
For the price expensive resort fees, they need to step up their game. The wifi didnt work during some periods of the day. The elevator key card system didn’t work some times. You dont get a single free bottle of water. Housekeeping is on request. I paid for late check out using the app. The app said it was going to be up until 3:00 pm but to my surprise, reception said only 1:00 pm was available.
Our room we booked I guess was taken the room they put us in was not an upgrade which we paid for as well as it wasn't clean and no towels, it was also next to ice machine it was awful !!!!
I would have liked easier access to our room, seemed it was far away from things, no coffee pot in the room again had to walk far distances to get a cup of coffee in the morning, no place for left over food or any snacks, etc as ther was no refridgerator in the room.
