I didn't like how my room looked I've stay places that were cheaper that looked better. But the beds were so comfortable may me forget that I didn't like how the room looked.

Hotel was great. Front desk gives you plenty of options as to the location of your room which was great. Lots a new slot machines. Carousel bar out front facing Fremont is super affordable.

My first concern is always cleanliness and this room was clean and spacious. Except for the bathroom which for some reason is tiny - but clean. The photos made it seem renovated and newer but it is definitely not, it could use an update. We walked down Freemont Street which was fun and kind of a sensory overload. The room was in the south tower and quiet. Parking was free but quite a walk from there to the front desk-2 elevators and a walk through the casino.

Our room was extremely outdated and filthy. The windows were coated in dirt, shower curtain would not stay up, carpet, ceiling, and walls splattered with “yuck”! The bed was hard and sloped to the middle. The pillows were tiny. No blankets. Best part….the air conditioning unit stopped working after day 1.

Overall, very happy with my stay at the Plaza hotel and casino. The beds were very comfortable and clean, although minimal housekeeping staff were observed.

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms and common areas were clean. The carousel bar is a cool spot to sit and people watch just steps from the famous Fremont Street.

If im staying at your hotel i should not have to pay a cover charge to go into your bar. I was very disappointed.

Had a great time here at the Plaza celebrating my sons bday! Everyone was super cool and super nice. The only thing I have to mention is we wanted to get a whole pizza at the pop up pizza spot inside the casino and even though it was late the hours of operation were still within time however the employee did not want to take my order for a whole pizza telling me they're trying to leave early pointing at the slices that sell for $6 each as opposed to a whole for $25. I still got the whole pizza in the end but not before hearing the pizza maker come out from the kitchen upset. Overall I loved my stay at the Plaza just don't be suprised if you can't buy a whole pizza close to their closing hour.

Loved the location! Hotel was great only disappointment. Room wasn’t cleaned in the 5 we were there. We did call eveyday for cleaning. They did bring us clean towels!

I had reserved a king size bed room, after getting to the room I was given 2 queen beds. Went back to the front desk to be told that booking with Expedia only guarantees you a room, not the exact room booked. But if I would have booked directly thru the hotel, I would have gotten a king size bed. So in order to get a king size bed, I had to pay additional money. Not impressed with The Plaza or Expedia!

I do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the agent is correct, anything booked through 3rd party is subject to a room, however, not a specific room type. If we run out of King rooms, we have no choice but the 2 queen bedroom. I thank you for your feedback and hope to see you again soon!

The customer service given by any staff at any time was poor. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them. They do have a lot of younger people who work there and they have no customer service skills. We would be met with a lot of attitude and figured things out ourselves.

Plaza is a Great place to stay on Fremont, it's our of all the noise and hustle and bustle when your ready to wind down for the night it's our 2nd year in a row staying there..The showers need more water Pressure it just was slowly coming out

We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza - close to Freemont and all that went with it. The destination donut place in the lobby was a bonus. I'm not sure you can classify this as a 4 star hotel. We stayed 4 nights and there was no turndown service offered. There was no response to our request for additional toilet paper. Overall is was good, but not great.

This was not my hotel of choice but was booked for a group outing. The Plaza has nice size rooms but very outdated. This hotel is nothing short of a motel 6, so if that’s your style this place is great. The bathroom is hideous and lacks luster. The VIP check in was a waste, limited staff so it didn’t change the wait time. The plus, Hash House is located inside! Personally all of downtown is a bust.

The biggest issue we encountered was with the housekeeping staff; on the 2nd morning we were there, at the worst time possible (while I was in the shower!) I realized the body wash dispenser was completely empty!! I had to make do and use shampoo to complete my shower. I immediately called housekeeping to request body wash, after 5 failed attempts and 10 minutes later, I contacted the front desk which offered to transfer my call to housekeeping, needless to say, nobody ever picked up the call. This is something that should not happen, if the housekeeping staff checks the dispensers after each guest or while cleaning the room.

Our stay was "okay" I didnt really like that they allowed someone else that knew us, but we wasnt technically together adjust our room/floor as if we were apart of their "group" especially since they didnt even know my name. I personally felt that was a security issue and should be handled better especially if people only know your first name (barely) we should have been able to check in- decide our own floor/preferences especially. We literally did not interact with these other people the entire trip!!

Very good stay. Surprised sports book is non-smoking. Would like a nice place to sit and relax to have a cigar on property other than at a slot machine. Not one cigar lounge anywhere on Freemont street. There’s a whole market for that I believe. Pop Up Pizza very good. Staff very affable and friendly. Pool was fun.

Upon check-in we were offered an upgrade but at cost so we declined. When we checked in the room instantly smelled like urine. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny and had mold on the ceiling. The towel rack in front of the sink was broken but you don't notice until you actually go to use the towel. The room was "remodeled" but still felt old like from the 70s. The next morning we let front desk know and they "accommodated " us by switching us to an entire new tower that we didn't know existed. The rooms were huge and completely brand new. After we checked out we noticed they charged us to "upgrade" which we believe should've never happened due to being given a urine-smelling, moldy room!
