Okay for a one night stop prior to flying home. Great shuttle service to the airport. The property is a bit tired. Some cummunal areas were in need of a clean (litter). There was some music playing all night. Not sure where from but think it was the property. Just enough to be heard in the room.

Cindy at the front desk was exceptional June at the drugstore inside the hotel was great Expedia and/or the Hotel failed to let me know in advance their pool was close for maintenance and I booked it eager to take a dip and read by the pool. Very disappointed. Must say the assistant manager refunded the resort fees ($39) and that helped to offset my disappointment. Yet I was not happy nobody let me know in advance about their pool maintenance closing periods. Next time, let know your guests about issues like this in advance. Thanks .

Pretty good for the price. Smoking is prohibited but it reeks. Check in guy was rude but everyone else was outstanding! Big shout to Sergio at the bar.

Honestly I was worried because of reviews I read but it seems they renovated the place and it was the nicest hotel we have stayed at especially at this price range. Super clean, very comfortable and extremely kind staff! Will definitely stay again

Room was "no smoking" but smelled so strongly of cigarettes I was physically ill most of my trip. The room including walls and bedding was dirty and stained. Door separating hotel from casino that is supposed to be opened with a card swipe was broken most of the time and left open, which was a safety concern. Staff unhelpful or absent the whole time. Room did not match description. Very frustrating and uncomfortable experience overall.

Not the best ever but not bad at all! Room was clean and comfortable, all appliances worked, slept great. Hotel has some strange smells and thin walls but never felt unsafe or gross.

place is fun and great off strip property; just don’t breath. Even the air while sitting on the patio reaks of cancer and death and nicotine. Also my new car was towed and the windows were smashed in while parked in their covered lot. you have been warned

Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Shower door difficult to open/close. Single elevator is in serious need of repairs/remodeling. $5 cup of plain coffee in City Cafe restaurant rather pricey. Otherwise, a good place to visit.

What is shown in the photos is not what you get when you arrive. This place is dirty, run down, crackheads hang out everywhere around the property, very unsafe area. The rooms don’t even look as nice as the photo. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I need a refund for the entire stay.

Internet is really poor. Even if they charge resort fees they want more money for more speed. You have to request room cleaning. I did 3 days in a row before they finally made it. Area around the property is not safe.

I booked through Expedia, paid the fees with a balance due at the property equal to the resort fees. Upon check in, I was required to provide a credit card and I was charged a damage deposit in an addition to the resort fee. I questioned this at check in and was told it was just a hold that would drop upon check out. Two days after check out, the amount went from a pending hold to a charge. I called the property and spoke to someone at the front desk as a manager was not available. I explained my situation and before I could finish she started talking over me, I asked her to allow me to finish with my concerns. She continued to talk over me stating they don’t do “holds” they charge the fee then make a refund, however she never let me further explain what I was told at check in. I did not appreciate the rude manner that she spoke and how she continued to talk over me after me asking a couple times to allow me to speak. I finally just hung up and plan to dispute the entire amount of this does not drop off as she indicated. All in all, there is nothing special about this property, it was a reservation made in a pinch but I am unlikely to stay again or recommend.
